During her past several years in private practice, Patricia has avidly pursued training and obtained extensive experience in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and now specializes in working with couples and individuals using this approach.

As another outgrowth of her passionate EFT focus, Patricia also specializes in facilitating Hold Me Tight® workshops for couples utilizing a three-day retreat format. More fundamentally and across therapy modalities, Patricia’s principal goal and commitment surrounds addressing and removing client barriers to positive emotional connection, both within themselves and also interpersonally, as a means to enrich key relationships, and also to more generally enhance their capacities to live the fullest life possible.
